贛州虹飛鎢钼材料有限公司是1998年7月由厦门钨业股份有限公司与原赣州钨钼材料厂合资创建。公司前身是成立于上世纪六十年代的赣州钨钼材料厂，上世纪八十年代引进国外完整的技术和生产线，2010年9月公司整体迁入赣州市章贡经济技术开发区。公司拥有年产钨粉5000吨，钨棒1000吨、钨电极800吨、钨丝30亿米的能力。

2018年鎢市場回顧與2019年展望

2018年，我國鎢行業總體保持平穩運行態勢。鎢精礦産量平穩，冶煉加工産品産量保持增長，尤其硬質合金産量繼續保持兩位數增長態勢；出口鎢品量保持增長、增幅回落，進口鎢品增長；鎢市場價格漲幅回落，總體平穩。由于中美貿易摩擦對出口鎢品的直接傷害和3C、汽車等與鎢消費相關行業下行的間接拖累，2018年下半年，我國鎢産品出口量下降、價格下滑，企業經濟效益增幅回落，企業盈利能力分化加劇，行業經濟形勢向好的基礎需要進一步鞏固。

8月23日晚間，中鎢高新（000657.SZ）發布公告稱，該公司爲進一步整合優勢硬質合金業務，落實公司高端硬質合金産業的戰略布局，並履行實際控制人承諾，消除實際控制人與上市公司同業競爭業務，擬通過非公開協議轉讓方式收購其實際控制人下屬企業五礦鎢業集團有限公司（以下簡稱五礦鎢業）持有的南昌硬質合金有限責任公司（以下簡稱南硬公司）84.97%的股權。
